Marco Di Venere and Federico Compagnucci – Mafè Osteria Moderna (Rome)

A restaurant that embraces tradition while also aiming to revitalize it. Mafè is located just steps from Via Conca d'Oro. The name comes from the two owners, Marco and Federico, friends who, after years working in restaurants, realized their dream of opening their own restaurant.
