Champagne is made with patience, through practices in the vineyard and in the cellar and constant attention.
For this reason, interior architecture and furniture design on the one hand, and the style of an extraordinary wine like Champagne on the other, come close to each other and almost overlap at Vinòforum.
ROSÉ DE PROVENCEWHERE ROSÉ IS BORN
The big news for the 2025 edition of Vinòforum Moët Hennessy Italy is represented by theintegration into the VIP LOUNGE of the GARDEN AREA, a convivial space where you can discover the world of ROSÉ DE PROVENCE, whose intriguing oenological interpretation is entrusted to the three iconic Maisons in the Group's portfolio: Château D'Esclans, Minuty and Château Galoupet, capable of enclosing in the glass the peculiarities of a unique terroir, where the marine influence, the richness of the soil and the strength of the wind give the wines a distinctive character and identity.
Guests will be able to taste the iconic references of each estate: for Château d'Esclans, Whispering Angel 2024, a wine of great freshness and excellent balance, the result of a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Tibouren, an ancient and prized native variety from Provence; Minuty offers a taste of Prestige 2024, a signature wine that combines intense aromas and delicate flavors, drawing on the best that Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault have to offer; Château Galoupet presents G De Galoupet 2024, its first completely organic reference, a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah and Tibouren, where the aromatic harmony is supported by a silky structure, with a pleasantly saline finish.
