Final of the 2025 National Competition "La Città della Pizza"
Sunday, September 14th, Piazza di Siena was the stage for the excellence of Italian pizza.
The 9 finalist master pizza chefs of the National Competition of The City of Pizza 2025, They competed in front of a jury composed of journalists, critics, pizza and extra virgin olive oil experts, digital influencers, and enthusiasts.
Each pizza chef proposed his own Cavallo di Battaglia pizza with the possibility of using the pantry products made available by the partner: flour with wheat germ Casillo mill, tomatoes Cirio Haute Cuisine, dairy products Jewel.
The competition elected a single winner who was declared as new pizza talent in Italy.










THE WINNER


Carlo FiammaPizza and Cellar (Amalfi)
Winner of the third edition of the National Competition La Città della Pizza, Carlo Fiamma received the jury's approval with his pizza “Positano” (yellow datterino cream, red tuna, raspberry onion, caramelized onion, lemon-flavored crumbs, Amalfi Sfusato zest, and lemon oil).
